A high intensity, structured cross training system designed to burn those excess pounds! Weight training, body weight and cardiovascular exercise form the foundations for a self-paced yet competitive training experience - for the exerciser who relishes a challenge (All ages and abilities).

MODIFIED STRONGMAN TRAINING (MST)
Challenge your Mind and Body
Participate in feats of strength and endurance including: sled pulling, tyre flipping, farmers walks, sandbag lifting, rope and kettlebell challenges. Build a strong, lean body complete with first class cardiovascular fitness, and have fun while you do.

Mixed Martial Arts
A boxing bootcamp with a mixed cross training approach designed to keep you on your toes.  Punch your way to peak fitness. 

NTR GPP
General Physical Preparedness
Is a fitness training program with structured workouts delivered in a group class to make it fun and different.  GPP workouts are typically against the norm, ever-changing workouts mean you never get bored, are constantly challenged and they are scalable to any fitness level.  Our specialty is not specializing. Your body is always adapting, getting stronger, faster and ultimately better conditioned.  The GPP class atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie, if you are willing to put in the work you will see results fast!
