General Physical Preparedness
Is a fitness training program with structured workouts delivered in a group class to make it fun and different. GPP workouts are typically against the norm, ever-changing workouts mean you never get bored, are constantly challenged and they are scalable to any fitness level. Our specialty is not specializing. Your body is always adapting, getting stronger, faster and ultimately better conditioned. The GPP class atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie, if you are willing to put in the work you will see results fast!
